Recycling

No waste, with care for the community and the area.

3. More careful use of paper allows us to save 15%.

Between 2001 and 2008 we saved 5 tonnes of paper and cardboard packaging: which means 90 trees have been saved. With everyone’s help we have obtained excellent results in recycling waste. We have also reduced the consumption of dyes and chemicals in the production of Sensitive® fabrics by 25%.

Less waste and more recycling

All of us at Eurojersey are particularly concerned with environmental conservation and, thanks to everyone pulling together, we have been able to reduce the amount of waste we produce, and set up a separate collection system for recycling.
For example, in just a few years we have managed to save 5 tonnes of paper and cardboard packaging, which means that 90 trees have been saved from being cut down.

Saving energy and keeping quality standards high

On a manufacturing level, the continuous improvement of the plants and the way they are run has allowed us to almost completely eliminate manufacturing waste. It has also led us to improve the way we use our fabric dyes, reducing our consumption of these by 25%, with no impact on quality.
All the procedures for the collection and disposal of waste are subject to checks in accordance with ISO 14001 International Certification.
